  • Lovely secluded private location

We loved the setting: next to Shingle Creek park, surrounded by tropical trees and bushes with lots of wildlife (colourful butterflies, squirrels, birds including a hawk, and eagles flying over). The villa is large, well equipped (including lots and lots of towels and face cloths) and furnished in a colonial style (far more interesting than the usual fairly bland Florida villa). We made good use of the pool (being late October we did pay extra for heating it) and appreciated the hot tub. Great colour effects when you switch the lights on at night in the pool and tub! This was our 7th visit to Florida so we focused on non-Disney. Our favourites were Shingle Creek park just down the road, the Boggy Creek airboat ride (real alligators!), the Osteology Museum, the Charles Hosmer Morse museum for the great Tiffany glass collection and in St Petersburg the amazing Dali museum. All in all we recommend the villa and the location. Would happily stay there again.

  • Great Family Holiday!

Just returned from a 2 week stay at Coopers villa and we had an amazing time. The villa is amazing and the pictures on H&A don't do it enough justice. All the information you ever need for your trip is located in the villa and the games room for the kids is fantastic, loads there to keep the younger ones busy when you're not visiting the parks. The villa is in a fantastic location and puts you 20 mins from all the attractions and about 30 mins from the airport. I have been to Florida many times through TUI and Thomas Cook, however their villas don't come close to Coopers. Thanks for all the help leading up to our stay, we will definitely be back to stay here! :)
