                    Beautiful, light & airy barn!

                    5 of 5
We very much enjoyed our stay at Tuley Farm. The barn is beautiful, light & airy and there is a large amount of communal space, which is perfect for group socialising. Kate & Ben were very helpful & we enjoyed Kate's homemade lasange (extra charge). The surrounding area is lovely & we enjoyed a trips to Burford & Woodstock, as well as long walk in the area (OS maps provided). We would love to come back!

Fantastic place and wanted for nothing

                    5 of 5
Very impressed by the property - it was just as it was advertised and more. As somewhere to celebrate a family happening, like our Golden Wedding anniversary and a 75th birthday, it was so good for eleven adults, six youngsters and two dogs. Never having owned a dishwasher I was surprised to find two here in the kitchen. The countryside around is an added bonus - we went on good and easy walks, saw deer and pheasants, and just sat. If you want a peaceful holiday slightly off the beaten track this is the place to go. The Horseshoes pub in Witney proved to be an excellent choice for Sunday lunch for 20 people, and nothing was too much trouble for them. As it is a large property you need to be fairly fit to be going up and down some of the stairs, but the children loved being able to get around and surprising people by turning up where you least expected them. Some of our party found it difficult to locate the property when using their SatNav, and two had to be guided in by phone. Older people who still know how to use an Ordnance Survey map had no trouble, especially after following all the very descriptive instructions. All in all every one of our party enjoyed themselves and I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone interested.

                    A perfect basis for exploring

                    5 of 5
There is so much to see and do in the area. In less then one hour, you can reach lovely villages, castles, gardens and much more in Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and the Cotswold area. The location of the cottage is perfect, sorrounded by countryside and farm animals, its peaceful and relaxing. The owners are very welcoming, discreet and though helpful, don't hesitate to ask where to eat in the area. We were suggested some local Inns, with great food and atmosphere. The cottage fulfill in al ways our expectations. Wonderfuld beds. It was spotless and provided with everything we needed. We will definitely recommed this property to our friends.
