Our own New Forest

5 of 5
What a wonderful time we had. My two children aged 7 and 9 loved the fact they could walk 1 minute to see Blue and Nick Nack (horses) and the chickens. Something they've never done is collect the eggs and eat them! Thats what i call organic! I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks again Alison.

What a lovely property

5 of 5
We had a lovely time at the property, which was ideal for our needs. We were stayig for along weekend with two other families. The property is very child friendly as it is all on one floor and has a big garden. We were there in February, but it would be lovely to go back in the summer.

Lovely modern house - perfect for a family Christmas

5 of 5
We loved the house - it was modern with fab LED lighting and high-end fittings. The open plan kitchen/diner/lounge made it the perfect place for our family of 12 (8 adults/4 children) to relax and be together. We were there over Christmas and the owners put up external llights, a tree and decorations for us. I think the owners must use it themselves quite regularly as there are a few of their personal things there like photos and toys. The playroom is great and full of toys plus a TV/DVD player. We couldn't get this to work but have since found out there is a secret switch behind! All the bedrooms are huge and at least two can easily accommodate the camp beds used by the children. The kitchen was well equipped (apart from no colander!) and we easily cooked our Christmas dinner for 12. We brought in the garden table and chairs to all be able to dine together. The lounge is comfortable, the TV is enormous and the children enjoyed playing on the XBox. We all loved the hot tub - especially in December! The location is on quite a busy road which can be noisy from the bedrooms on that side but convenient for the proximity to Tescos and M&S Food. We walked to the Horns Inn for a fab pub lunch and also drove to Sandbanks beach (25 mins drive away). We would really recommend this property for up to 8 adults/4 children. It really is lovely!
