A fabulous home-like base for London

                              5 of 5
Our family of four (2 adults and 2 teenage boys) loved the flat as a base for our week stay in London. The listing was an accurate representation of the flat itself, and was very clean on arrival. It had plenty of space for us all. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was adequately equipped so we could cook some nights, and we could do some much needed washing after 3 weeks travelling prior to London. The bus and tube were no more than 10-15 mins walk away (depending on the stop or station needed), and on the weekend only 2 mins to Olympia overground. We could walk to some very nice areas such as Notting Hill and Holland Park. There are good take aways nearby, pubs, and a comprehensive supermarket. The owners were very responsive to our queries in the lead-up to our visit. They were very forthcoming with information and provided us with a detailed map and other documents after we booked, as well as offering further assistance. They were also very helpful with a couple of small things after our arrival, even late at night. As we spent most days out touring, it was a great place to come "home" to and relax. We would stay here again and recommend it to others. Thanks, Hugo and Lizzie!

Modern and cosy home away from home

                              4 of 5
The hammersmith apartment looked nice from the pictures and did not disappoint us when we entered the apartment the first time. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we wanted. And the location was a perfect match for us. The owner responded very quick to questions. Next trip to London we will certainly try to stay here again.

Felt Just Like Home, but in London

                              5 of 5
We had a wonderful experience at Castletown. Everything was beyond our expectations! We appreciate all the help Mark provided. The location to the tube station, West Kensington, was fabulous too. There were grocery stores nearby. Everything we needed!! The ride Mark arranged for us to the airport was perfect!! I think he arrived early. I opened the front door at 5:15 a.m. and he was there waiting for us. Very comforting feeling!! Enjoyed every minute in London!! We will definitely stay there again.
