4 of 5
Good quality conversion , lots of cooking equipment . Very nice bathrooms , could do with one more or at least a toilet on the first floors. Snooker room very popular . Village quiet peaceful and friendly .Ben the owner very helpful both before and during , sorted out our one problem with the cooking hob very quickly . The area is lovely , lots of good dog walks , dog friendly pubs etc - a must for two of our group . There is so much to see and do . History everywhere Holy Island , Bambrough , Craster , Alnwick etc. Great sea food everywhere but particularly at Amble. All in all a very good spot from which to sample all that Northumberland has to offer . After a week we have just scratched the surface but we will be back.
