We try to get away to Cornwall twice a year staying in self catering accommodation. And this cottage was the cleanest with probably the best equipped kitchen, we've stayed in.

          Lovely house, gorgeous views!

          5 of 5
We've stayed at The Summer House a few times now, a couple just the two of us and more recently with our 4 month old and have had thoroughly enjoyed each stay! The house is clean, light, spacious and has everything you'd need (including travel cot and high chair for those with little ones) and yet still has a lovely cosy feel to it, so that it feels like a home away from home. The views from the house over the harbour are stunning, you won't get bored of waking up to them. St. Mawes has everything you'd need from day to day, nice gift shops, great little bakery and you can easily travel to Truro by car or grab the ferry over to Falmouth, which we've done a few times, Falmouth is great for a walk around. Would highly recommend The Summer House and hope to visit again in the future.
