Luxurious gated cul-de-sac smack bang in middle of Walberswick, walking distance to lovely harbour. We came mainly to bird watch and we weren't disappointed. House very tidy with everything you need and nice link through double doors from kitchen to living area making it very sociable.

We have been visiting Southwold for many years and this is one of the best properties we have rented and was ideal for our stay. We were there as a family (with our grown up children and partners). Situated above shops in the main shopping street and a short walk to the beach and all amenities it is ideal for families or groups to use as a very comfortable base from which to explore the area. For those less mobile, you should be aware it is set on 1st and second floors so lots of stairs! We would definitely recommend!

Delightful cottage presented to a very high standard and well equipped. Perfect for families wanting to explore local areas, dog walking and bird watching. View from the cottage is amazing. The photos and information on this listing do not show what a gem this cottage is.
