Wonderful property, wonderful location, wonderful owners

We were warmly welcomed by Alex to a superbly equipped cottage in an idyllic setting. A fabulous pub just up the hill put the icing on the cake - we couldn't have asked for more! Will definitely be returning.

Lovely little cottage in the countryside

5 of 5
Ali and Kate were very welcoming and unobtrusive but on hand if needed. Cream tea was an unexpected surprise and very tasty. The accommodation was clean and well equipped for a long weekend away in the countryside, and an ideal location to explore North Devon. Lovely would definitely stay again

Characterful cottage in prime location

5 of 5
We had a lovely stay in Margaret Cottage. Overlooking the quay, the cottage is very clean, very well presented and astonishingly well equipped! Communication with Carrie the owner, and Nickie the cottage manager, was great and the overall impression was that we were dealing with people who genuinely cared that we had a good stay. The cottage was very warm and cosy, and we looked forward to coming back to it each day after long walks on the beach. We came without our son this time, but the cottage is ideally suited for children too, with lots of toys, books and videos (and wifi!) to keep them busy.
