We had a wonderful week in Ventnor at the beautiful Villa Amanti. We were a family of 4 and our little dog, Honey. We had beautiful weather and were on the beach opposite the property most days. The villa is beautifully decorated with good WiFi - essential with teenagers! The fittings are to a very high standard and the sunny courtyard is completely secure. The property was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Julia and Simon the owners of the property, were wonderful hosts. So much thought has gone into making your stay comfortable and hassle free and no query was too much trouble. All the information as to the villa and its workings is easily accessible. Information on things to do, restaurants, bus timetables, walks etc is all conveniently collated for ease of reference. We had an excellent meal in Ale & Oyster. There are other lovely restaurants in the town, a short walk up the hill or the steps at the back of the property. We went to The Bistro and Tramazzini. All really fantastic meals, Sadly we couldn’t get into Smoking Lobster as time ran out! Would recommend booking a few days in advance for all the restaurants to save disappointment. The fresh lobster, crab and prawns from the promenade fishmonger is wonderful as was the fish and chips! As the food and weather was so good we hardly left Ventor and when we did came quickly back again! Would recommend the garlic farm restaurant also. I would definitely recommend Villa Amanti to anyone and hope to return ourselves in the future.

We had a great stay. The caravan site is quiet, very well kept, a short walk from the shop, lovely warm pool, easy to find. Isle of Wight is a perfect short break. Caroline is a charming host.
