A very relaxing stay

5 of 5
We’ve just spent a week walking many trails in the area and were pleased to have this lovely cottage as our base. A charming 17th century cottage but with all the modern amenities. Set in a quiet village, with a good pub behind, but only minutes walk into Settle. We would definitely want to stay here again if we were in the area.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location

4 of 5
Well appointed house, comfortable with plenty of room. Quiet with lovely views and wonderful night skies. Well located for getting out and about in the Dales - visiting places or walking. A nice mixture of 'things to do' in the house if the weather turns bad with an extensive range of DVD's, the piano, guitar and didgeridoo if you have the puff, puzzles and games. Arga cooking takes a little getting use to but easily coped with our delayed Christmas dinner in May. A lovely place in a lovely place.
