    We booked the property as it was in a good location for the beach and was well equipped. When we arrived we found the en-suite sink blocked with sick. I cleaned this. We then found out that the main bathroom was unusable as there was no water pressure and the mixer tap for the bath/shower came off of the wall. We complained about this and the company apologised and said they’d get someone out. 2 days later the service man turned up and said that he was surprised that we weren’t told about the bathroom as it had been reported the week before and the letting agents knew it wasn’t working but still took our booking. We are a family of 4 with 2 young children and spent a total of 6 days with only the use of 1 shower and an en-suite bathroom. The letting agents were slow in returning calls and offered £65 compensation on a £1000+ booking. Suffice to say this spoilt our holiday and we will never use smart holiday homes again.
