- Fabulous atmosphere in the Farmhouse
Lovely big farmhouse kitchen well stocked with everything you need! Comfortable huge bed in the lovely bedroom and a beautiful bathroom- Highlights of our stay - we visited the butchers Prince Charles uses in Llandovery and cooked a wonderful meal using the best fillet steaks (they really were fit for a King) then relaxed in front of a roaring log fire - just perfect! Visited a favourite place of ours - Crickhowell and dined at The Bear Hotel which is renowned for its fabulous food ( very dog friendly) and then browsed the individual characteristic shops - a perfect holiday break. Definitely will book again!

we had an amazing time staying in Barley Cottage - it's a beautiful location, the cottage is clean, spacious, well kitted out, and we were cosy with the lovely woodburner. Excellent - we will definitely come back!
