This is a great location for travelling around Cornwall, and also has great local services such as a village shop, pasty shop, fish and chips, pizza/kebab, beauty salon, pub, local woods for walking the dog, very close to Portreath beach for evening walks. Welcome basket (and milk in the fridge) greatly appreciated. Lovely owner - very helpful. Hope to stay again.

We stayed here for three days in September 2018 and used it as a base for some hiking along the Southwest Coastpath. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, well kept and equipped with everything you need for a self catering break/holiday. It comes with parking which is a big tick in the box and the only negative which wasn't an issue for us but it could be for others is that the apartment is up three flights of stairs. From the lounge windows, you can watch the world go by on the street below and the coming and going of boats and ships in the harbour which is directly opposite. Lots of bars and restaurants are very near by and the centre of the town is just a 5/10 minute walk. We would recommend this apartment and would stay there again without hesitation.
