Stunning property in a lovely location.

5 of 5
We were 3 adults - parents and adult son. Location was great as our son is based in Aberdeen and we had spent the previous week in the Lake District. The house is lovely and everything works properly! Croftgarrow is extremely well equipped and we lacked nothing to make it a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We found plenty to do in the surrounding area, even when the weather was inclement. Lots of good pubs for lunches out and an excellent butcher in Aberfeldy provided for easy suppers at Croftgarrow. We also enjoy playing Scrabble in the evenings, something we hadn't done for many years! Will certainly recommend to friends and family.

Peace and Solitude

5 of 5
Had a fantastic stay in The Log Cabin. Amanda's directions were very helpful in finding it - it is in a remote area so these were very handy! I'd booked the cabin for a long weekend for my mum's birthday (thank you for the cake, it was delicious and gone in about 5 minutes!) and wanted somewhere away from everything to have a quiet relaxing weekend. This was in the perfect location - close enough to Kinloch Rannoch for anything you needed but you still felt like you were in the middle of nowhere - I kept getting way too over excited every time I saw a Robin! We spent most of the time walking and taking in the gorgeous views of the loch and from up various hills of the surrounding area all the way over to Glencoe. The cabin provided all we needed - it was lovely and warm with comfy beds and a hot bath which was much appreciated after a day of walking. There was even a netbook provided for internet access. The kitchen was great - the oven was really easy to work and it had everything we needed. All in all it was a great holiday, we both loved staying here!
