Amazing base

5 of 5
We stayed at the barns from 9_13 August 2017 and we were amazed at how clean and modern they were. Everything you need is included at this place and the outside space is fantastic for children to go off and play in a safe environment. The location is ideal for exploring with beaches and places of interest just a short drive away. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby and the ones we visited were all child friendly. Overall WE couldn't fault this place and we will definitely revisit.

Lovely relaxing break

5 of 5
The cottage is beautiful, well equipped and in a great location for walking and exploring. It had everything we needed and was a lovely home from home. We made good use of the maps in the cottage to plan our trips out. Fairhaven Water gardens are worth a visit, as is Potter Heigham. Our favourite pub was the White Horse at Upton and it also had some lovely mapped walks from the village. Winterton has a wonderful beach that is dog friendly. The pub in Thurne was rather disappointing but we found others a short drive away that were good. As a couple who regularly holiday with our dog, we did feel that the pet policy was a little excessive and having accepted it at the time of booking we didn't expect to be reminded of it on arrival and again the night before departure! Other than that we had no grumbles and it was a wonderful relaxing week away.
