Very cosy cottage which was clean and tidy. Location ideal for exploring the Northumberland coast

Very pleasant week at Middle Barn cottage. All facilities were exactly as described with a real feeling of a home from home. Good sized rooms with 2 beds upstairs (double & twin) and another twin bed downstairs. Big kitchen with access to enclosed courtyard round back, which was lovely private outside space for our BBQs. Also enjoyed the lawns to the front of cottage with lots of space to park several cars. Location was excellent to explore the local coastline with easy access to Low Newton, Seahouses and Bamburgh. We came for the beaches and were overwhelmed with their dramatic beauty and how empty they were given our visit in August. We've had a wonderful holiday and would love to come back soon.
