It was a very lovely experience. The cottage was clean and cosy, felt very at home. Lovely views from the decking including an amazing sunset. The surroundings were just as beautiful, we will recommend going for a walk to take it all in. There was tea provided however we made sure to buy a few things such as breakfast etc from the Tesco Express, which was about 5 mins away. Overall it was a great experience and we would highly recommended and returned soon.

This pair of conjoined wood-clad buildings might seem dinky from the outside but open up to a spacious, comfortable, homely, super clean interior comprising a comfy living room, a bedroom with a vast sumptuous bed, a bathroom with a shower and tub and a well equipped kitchen graced with delicious initial supplies. The owners were relaxed and charming. We found it the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area of outstanding natural beauty, the coastal path and nearby canal, the RSPB reserve at Dungeness, and the handsome town of Rye. Our weekend break was a huge tonic. We can’t wait to go back.
