Set in an idyllic part of the town next to the beautiful Beveridge Park and close to town.

You will immediately feel at home here with every comfort available in this character and well stocked apartment. Set in spacious grounds it offers a secure garden which catches the sun and a very short stroll to the ever beautiful Beveridge Park which caters for all ages with tennis court's and a boating pond. It's also a great place for dog walkers leading to a country walk to the Mill Dam if you prefer rougher terrain. A short walk takes you to Kirkcaldy High Street. The rooms are comfortable and clean with lots of hanging space and drawers and the lounge, with many original features, is good for both relaxing or entertaining. We just didn't have long enough at Southerton House and would love to return again. Finding a place in Kirkcaldy of this size and quality has been long awaited.

Conveniently positioned and well equipped property for a relaxing stay. Ideally placed for Edinburgh Fringe and Pittenween Arts Festival as well as wonderful, relaxing walks on local beaches. The property caters for all being well equipped for a family. Perhaps a small instruction book for some equipment might be beneficial. I would recommend West Wemyss and this property for a very relaxing stay.
