Attractive, comfortable property in a beautiful location with lovely views

5 of 5
This is a beautifully restored property, comfortable and clean. With two good bathrooms and great, roomy cooking facilities there were no issues there. We wish we had had more than three nights! We used it mainly as a base for the sights around and about, and sadly only got to drive around the beautiful locality rather than having time to do some local walks. Maybe next time! The neighbour's Shetland pony in the paddock at the back was very cute! Definitely recommended.

Wonderful

4 of 5
Just returned from a lovely long weekend break here with friends. The accommodation was ideal, very clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was fantastic, a great way to relax after some lovely long walks. Would recommend spending time in Kielder Forest, lots to do and stunning countryside. As mentioned in other reviews there are new lodges being built but this had no impact on our break whatsoever, so don't let that put you off going and enjoying this great area.
