We stayed three nights at Gig house at the beginning of August and found it to be everything we wanted. It was quiet with stunning views over the Shropshire countryside. We came home fully rested and restored. Jen was very welcoming but unobtrusive during our visit. The kitchen was well equipped and modern, likewise the shower and bathroom with plenty of towels unlike some places we have stayed. The outdoor areas were clean and well maintained The access lane was a little unnerving but no real problem. If ever we are down this way again it will certainly be on our short list.

  • Peaceful, secluded cottage

This is a lovely cottage buried deep in the Welsh countryside and " guarded" by some steep, narrow lanes. An ideal location from which to explore the beauty of the region and to enjoy the spectacular views. A trip on the Llangollen canal is a must and taking the walk over the famous aquaduct is well worth doing. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at LLanerch Farm and are happy to recommend the acommodation.
