We had a great time. The annex was everything as it was described and very well equiped. Spotlessly clean and Tracey was very attentative making sure everything was okay and if there was anything she could do for us. The welcome pack was wonderful with so much in it, very much appreciated. Would highly recommend. Thank you Tracey and Jim.

Excellent location for exploring Uppingham & Rutland. Would recommend boat trip on Rutland water. Welcoming & helpful hosts & loved the cake !! No problems with parking , short stroll to area suggested by Sue & Dave if you don't want to move car. Street parking after 6pm until 10 am outside was helpful . Would recommend & return. Many thanks .

This house has everything it promises in the owners information details. I booked it for a family celebration for my 70th Birthday with 6 adults and 5 children and it was superb with plenty of space inside and outside in the delightful grounds. We have not stayed in a better equipped house - it has everything you could need. The welcome cake and fresh bread etc was a really nice touch. Many thanks to Margaret and Graham
