Great property,fully equipped in a peaceful location. Beautiful garden,Loved seeing a visiting muntjac,( sorry Robert,just couldn't shoo him away. ) Robert and Anna very helpful hosts. A delightful property close to lots of places of interest. Highly recommended .

The cottage is very well set up and all the appliances and fittings are of high quality. The information and appliance folders provided are clear and well-organised. The setting is very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is tucked away in the countryside a little distance from the coast, but with Wells about 30 mins drive away and Holt perhaps 15 mins we did not think distance was a problem. There are one or two low beams but at 6ft 3 I found it easy enough to keep out of trouble, so although the owners are right to give a warning on the property description I do not think anybody should be put off by the warning. We warmly recommend this cottage.
