A warm greeting from Wendy and Adrian with a generous welcome pack and we felt immediately at home in this lovely rural cottage situated on a horse farm. This greatly entertained our baby with horses and chickens to see up close, sheep in surrounding fields and birds on the bird table. Church Stretton is just a short journey away and we particularly liked ‘Catch’ tapas and cocktail bar. The surrounding moorland hills are a spectacular joy including Carding Mill Valley and the Long Mynd. Visits to National Trust properties such as Attingham, Powis and Berrington were really enjoyable. Thank you Wendy and Adrian for helping us to enjoy our first visit to Shropshire and we hope to return some day. Cottage very much recommended.

This is a gorgeous cosy cottage with all the home comforts you need. In a very convenient location for visiting Ludlow, Church Stretton and Shrewsbury. Great for walkers. At the back of the cottage there is a private patio area which is a real sun-trap. The local pub, two minutes walk away, is great for sampling high quality local food. In fact, there are lots of places in this area which serve excellent food. The cottage is ideal for couples, and is good value.
