  • An absolute lovely place to stay!

Though our family could only spend a week in Rye, it became one of our most recreative holidays ever. Entering the cottage gave us immediately the feeling of "home coming", a place so lovingly decorated that we immediately felt a familiar atmosphere. Spending the time was rather booked up: exploring Rye and its history was very interesting, checking out the recommended restaurants was also worth every penny. And -of course- visiting the seaside: Camber Sands was a must for all who wanted to take a bath in "the channel". A day trip to Hastings and Brighton was also done but returning here was even better. Due to the good weather conditions we didn't have to use the extra garden part, even at breakfast time it was too hot to sit there. Our conclusion: a very, very pleasant stay. We're looking forward to return to Rye and especially to this cottage.

Well, I have to say the property was superb in every way. All the rooms were large, spacious smart and clean. The views were beautiful and the location was perfect. Take the back roads for stunning scenery routes to wherever you go. Most importantly the owners are so nice and friendly. It’s on our “ to go again list”. We loved it! Thank you Louise and Graham x
