Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The Stable is situated in a very quiet location although only about 1/2 hour drive from most of the adjoining towns. Can only make very good comments with regard to everything. Would certainly recommend this little gem to any one and hope to come back in the near future.

Beautiful cottage, well equipped for a comfortable stay

5 of 5
We had a lovely week in this cottage. Every room feels quiet and calming, especially the bedrooms, which have fantastic views. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need for a typical English summer - wellies, wetsuits, windbreaks, dvds, books and games! The beach is vast and beautiful and we were often the only people on it. We went to Rye several times - a great town for pottering around the antique shops and cafes. Jempsons supermarket is well worth a visit; it has a great section as you go in with local produce. Although there are buses a car would be useful if you want to explore the area. The owner was extremely helpful, responding quickly to messages and giving us useful information to make our stay easier. We would definitely recommend this property.
