So Convenient

4 of 5
Great location, we could walk to Soho, Covent Garden, West End theaters and so many restaurants, plus the Thames River. London buses were great and convenient. The stairs to the apartment and the shower in the bath were a challenge for us "seniors", but we managed.

Fabulous Place to Stay in London

5 of 5
This is a great choice for a place to stay in London. The apartment is away from the hustle and bustle of London, but anything you want to do in London is relatively easy to get to. The metro station is a 10 minute walk; buses are within a block. A large grocery store is near the metro station. The apartment is lovely, two bedrooms on either side of the central sitting area. A small, but well equipped kitchen; windows are large letting plenty of light in. The decor is modern and appears relatively new (bathrooms were fabulous!). The neighborhood is safe and I would say middle to upper class if Range Rovers parked on the street area an indicator! Within a 5-10 minute walk to the east is a great little area: Exmouth Market with shops and restaurants. Here you can find Gail's for baked goods and La Ferme for a fabulous dinner. During lunch time, little restaurants are set up on the sidewalk where you can get anything from Paella to Shwarma. If you want to experience real London, this is a fabulous place to stay. 100% recommended!
