We had a lovely week at Hogscliffe. The cottage is wonderfully located being near to village and only approx five minutes away from the beach. Everything matched the descriptions given on the web page. The owner was extremely responsive to any queries before and during our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed several lovely walks and days out in the area. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We had a blissful 4 days staying in The Escape Pod. A perfect base to explore Beer, the Jurassic Coast and beyond. We had fantastic food, not only at the lovely restaurants in Beer (The Seafood Platter, Steamers and also a cracking fish and chip shop all on Beer main road), but also at Hix Oyster & Fish House in Lyme Regis and also at River Cottage HQ where we had an amazing 4 course meal on Friday night. Walks to Branscombe were beautiful and the golf courses both at Lyme Regis and Axemouth were great fun and had amazing views. The Pod itself had absolutely everything we needed and we loved the cats. We would really recommend it.
