Very good overall.

4 of 5
I’ll start with the bad points, the hot water system is rubbish and the shower is not great either. Could do with hotter hot water and better water pressure. It’s a bit of a pain to get to with very tight one car width roads. The roads are tarmac’d so you’re not driving through a bog but all the same, they are a pain. Now to the good points... Well, I really liked the cottage. It was clean, it had this really charming log burner fire, I loved the spiral staircase although you have to be careful using it! The bed mattress is very comfortable. Finally, because it’s quite remote it’s nice and quiet and there’s a field out the back with ponies in which neigh away each morning. It’s a peaceful sound to wake up too. Overall, I’d highly recommend and I’d definitely go back again. Oh and if you do go, don’t be clever and ignore the owners advice about not using a sat nav to find the cottage. That is a very bad idea trust me! Use the owners directions instead. That wrong turn the sat nav took me on had me worried!! Lol.
