Very clean, great pool and extremely helpful owner

Our group of 11 included 9 adults and 2 small children and everything we were promised both verbally and visually from the pictures on the web pages were all we hoped for and more. The transport from the airport was arranged prior to our arrival by Adel, the owner and we were sent pictures of our taxi driver for ease at the airport. On arrival at the villa i received a phone from Adel confirming our arrival and making sure everything had gone smoothly and wished us a great holiday. He was available at any point and arranged things via Mohammed who was on hand to help us when required. Mohammed visited to water the gardens during the evenings but was never intrusive and a great help, even taking us on our first taxi journey to the port to show us how things were done. Also for my sons birthday he and his wife prepared an evening meal-additional cost-for us.a thoroughly enjoyable Tunisian dish. The villa itself was as shown in the pictures and exceeded our expectations. It was immaculate;y clean on arrival and the pool area was just perfect for the size group we had. Dining together was great inside and out and the layout was great for all to enjoy time together or go off into groups for privacy. If you have a sense of adventure for exploring different cultures this is an ideal location as you do have to travel a bit to get to the more populated area to either visit the supermarket or port restaurants but its only a 15 minute bus or taxi ride away. Local bus cost was 1 Dinar, about 40p per person or a yellow taxi between 10-15 Dinar for 3 people. All in all a great Villa if you're looking for a cheap, relaxed location for a large group with a very helpful owner and helper. I would be happy to recommend it and also if you have any fears for safety we saw nothing to indicate any problems and talking to the local shop keepers and taxi drivers they all say its the safest they have felt because of the military security now on the borders. And finally...the weather was fantastic
