Charming home, perfect host

5 of 5
A beautifully decorated, charming, home in a quiet and private location in Midoun, Djerba. Very good value for money, clean and welcoming. The best thing about this home is the owner, Joelle Sonette. Although Joelle lives adjacent to the property you would never know she was there. Joelle is discrete and professional; the perfect host. We have now stayed here on two occasions. First in November 2015 and then in February 2016. And we are now planning a third visit. This lovely home would always be our first choice.

"The villa is in a delightfully quiet location on the outskirts of a tiny village. It’s spacious, with balconies and terraces on every side, allowing us to choose to sit in the sun or the shade as required. My partner was delighted with what she called “a proper kitchen with proper cooking utensils” and we breakfasted on the terrace and dined in the large, adjacent dining room. We couldn’t help but feel superior to our fellow tourists packed away in their crowded hotels."
