Weather in Koh Samui

The weather on Koh Samui is divided into two seasons: the monsoon season lasts from September to December on the eastern coast of Thailand, when travel is not recommended as flooding can be wide-ranging. From January through till summer, temperatures range from 18-40°C. This is also considered to be the 'dry' season, when it typically does not rain on Koh Samui.

Travel to Koh Samui

Flights land at Samui Airport (USM) daily, making travel to Koh Samui extremely straightforward. Samui Airport is located on the far northeastern side of the island, very close to the major visitor sites and tourist spots. Take the 4169 highway around the eastern edge of the island, then cut across the middle through Lipa Noi, to the far northwestern corner.

                                                                                                      Such a relaxing place! A very secure gated community. We have used properties all over the world, and this rates amongst the best. We could not fault this place at all. (The only fault found was from our 18 year old son who said that we had to leave too soon!) The pool is bigger than the pictures suggest, with steps built in which are perfect for quick plunges. Wifi good, with excellent TV. We can totally recommend this place. Faye and Ian, you have a beautiful. tranquil, well established home. Thank you.
