Quaint, a place to relax from hectic days.

I would highly recommend this property, it's like turning the clocks back and enjoying each other's company, entertaining without wifi!!! The chalet was very clean, had all the basics that you need, log burner which we lit one night, resulting in us being a little too toasty! The outlook was beautiful, mountainous view with a small collection of chalets below our eye view, cows grazing, the odd bird of pray would fly over early morning.Very tranquil. The drive up the mountain was a little nerve wracking initially but it's well worth it. Ensure you have some food essentials when arriving as the nearest food shop is in Brienze. There are a couple of restaurants on the mountain side. This is a good base to access the beauty spots of this area of Switzerland.

The chalet is cosy and well equipped. It has breath-taking views and is very private with a balcony seating area which wraps round three quarters of the property. The property is ideal for families with walking children however, access to the property is gained by walking up a steep hill path which zig zags back and forth until you get to the chalet. Taking a push chair up would be a huge challenge and the less abled or elderly may struggle. Parking is in layby area at the base of the hill to the property. The owner does have a motorised wagon to take your luggage up the hill which is great. The passing road can get busy and it narrow and twisty. Not a problem but clients should be aware. Overall, a super place and the owners could not be more helpful!
