Our family spent 2 weeks in Spain in July-August 2011 and La Estibialla was our favorite for both accomodations and value. Ana was friendly and helpful and the information packet she provided was very useful to us. We took advantage of several suggestions from Ana's information packet: a hike in the Pyrenees, an excellent local restaurant, a hike to local castle ruins, local bakery, and river raft trip. We also spent one morning visiting the Romaneque churches in the Vall de Boi. The setting was just right for us: beautiful mountain scenery and a rushing river, picturesque village with people going about their business, and few other tourists. The apartment, which was clean, spacious and comfortable, included a porch and surrounding lawn that was a nice spot to sit and read. The weather was also beautiful.
