The resort itself is known for its bustling nightlife and lively atmosphere, but draws a slightly more mature crowd than the famous destinations closer to Palma.

Another sublime beach can be discovered at Sa Coma, also mere minutes from Son Servera self-catering apartments, where there’s a stretch of sand almost a kilometre in length and ideal waters for activities such as snorkelling and scuba diving.

Son Servera self-catering holiday villas are located in and around a town that dates back to the start of the 14th Century. A famous landmark here is the 17th Century church of St. John the Baptist, the bell tower of which is the only surviving remnant of the medieval Son Frai Gari Estate. There is also a weekly market every Friday.

If you enjoy a serious round of golf then you’ll be pleased to find the exclusive Pula Golf course in the vicinity of Son Servera rental accommodation; this club is held in high-esteem for the perfect condition of its greens and fairways, as well as its challenging layout. Son Servera Club is a little more accessible, and features nine very demanding holes through thick pine forest.

A beautiful traditional house in a fantastic position in the heart of Cala Bona.

We enjoyed our visit to this property so much.( 2 x married couples) The property is located in a prime position in heart of the harbour area of Cala Bona and we enjoyed the unrestricted views from the patio and first floor bedroom across the harbour during our stay in late June. We arrived late on a Tuesday evening and were greeted by Sandro ,the owner, who immediately made us feel right at home. He kindly supplied, at his own expense, a welcome pack of essentials that ensured that we settled into our holiday without any fuss, and this on top of all the other items that are available with the let. Being in the 'heart' of the Harbour area was fantastic. A wide range of quality restaurants were only a very short walk away and most evenings, following dinner, we enjoyed the entertainment from the neighbouring Cala Bona Hotel from our private patio and enjoyed our own drinks with ice, from the large modern fridge freezer. The property itself is charming and traditional and one of the bathrooms / shower rooms has been upgraded to a high standard. The other being somewhat odd, although both benefitted greatly by what seemed like endless supplies of hot water for showering. Being directly adjacent to the pedestrian walkway, separated only by an ample seating area, the property attracts many admiring glances and sometime longer stares of admiration, and through this we made several new friends and passed on details of where they can rent it from. We realise that the property requires some upgrading but, feel that the price we paid reflected its shortcomings. We had a fantastic holiday and our choice of property and location could simply not have been better. The propery does not have a pool or sunbeds but it is only a short stroll to the nearest ' stoney ' beach where sunbeds were available nearer the end of our stay. All in all, it offers a great location in the heart of safe, charming yet lively resort. We had no complaints whatsoever during our stay and I'm sure that if we had they would have been attended to without delay. Which in itself is reassuring. We would like to thank Sandro once again for an unforgettable holiday and look forward to returning once again. Oh! and finally there is a fantastic cake shop right next door. Mmmmm heavenly!
