So clean, spacious, and a lovely place to go with friends!

On arrival Merce was so friendly and welcoming after meeting us in the early hours of the morning due to our flight being delayed! The apartment went above our expectations and we settled in straight away! It was so wonderful to wake up and sit on the large terrace having a coffee surrounded by all different styles of buildings. The location was ideal as it was a short walk to the beach which we didn’t mind at all as it gave us a chance to walk through the little Spanish streets filled with boutiques and places to get a drink or snack. At the end of the holiday we struggled to book a taxi to the airport due to the language barrier but Merce was so great and organised it for us and for that we are truly grateful. Maybe next time we will be a little better at speaking Spanish ;-) We utterly adored the time we had in Palma and will most definitely be visiting again in the future! Thank you Victoria and Merce for hosting us at your apartment - we have truly had the best time and have all left feeling very relaxed!!! X

Ideal apartment for a holiday in Palma

This apartment has many benefits. It is spacious, comfortable, well equipped and well presented. It has most of the amenities you would expect to find in a kitchen but no dishwasher. The lounge is simply but nicely furnished, the smart TV is a bonus and the WiFi worked perfectly. The bathroom is large but the shower unit quite small. There is a balcony which has a view down the street to the sea. It has a small table and really only accommmodates two people easily. A major plus is the apartment’s location in Palma, being a short walk from the excellent city beach while still in easy reach of the historic centre, cathedral, etc. Finally, the owner, Pilar, lives next door and is most welcoming, helpful and friendly, and will try to provide any item the apartment lacks or is missing. Recommended.
