Lovely little house, very enjoyable stay!

Very attractive accommodation, exactly as it is in the photos. The owner is very good at communicating and replies quickly to emails. The Hirtenhaus is small and basic but very quirky and attractive. On a cold night the wood burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere. The house is in an amazing location, almost in the middle of nowhere, and you have to have a car to get to it, but this adds to it's charm! It is on the banks of the river Guadiana and looks over to Portugal on the other side. The access to the property isn't suitable for people with limited mobility but is absolutely fine if this isn't an issue and actually makes getting to it quite enjoyable and different! A torch is definitely a must as its so incredibly dark at night! I would definitely recommend this property for an active and enjoyable stay.
