The apartment was perfectly clean and everything in working order. Rubi was very nice and accommodating and couldn’t have been more helpful. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment! Michelle & Darryl

  • Beautiful views & lovely little port, perfect for a relaxing break

Even though the location was great and Matias delightful, unfortunately the apartment is starting to show signs of age. The kitchen needs a refurb and the fridge/freezer needs replacing. We also had a few issues with the en-suite bathroom with an awful smell of sewage. The beds very uncomfortable so we did not get a good sleep but apart from this, the terrace is fantastic and views beautiful, great to watch the fishing boats coming in and out. Great little restaurants serving fab fish and genuinely a wonderful place to visit away from the many tourist in Cala D’Or. Lovely little beach at the hotel around 400 metres from PortoPetro, which unfortunately we only found on our last day. Cala Mandrago is stunning, but get there early as very busy! The bus takes you there from the Port. The 501 takes you to Palma if you fancy a day out but will take around 1:40 and only limited timetable. Lastly you must visit Santanyí market on a Sat, on our drive back to the airport we thought we would have a look. A delightful place, fantastic pastries & bread and small designers. The surrounding bars and restaurants serving delicious lunch a must! You will not be disappointed with this side of the Island and I can only recommend that if you want a lazy easy going break, with a few lovely restaurants and time for yourselves, PortoPetro is perfect!!
