  • A super apartment

Teresa gave us everything that we needed for our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It is within walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants. You can also walk to the albacin district and the alhambra. We have had a perfect stay. Thank you Teresa.

  • A warm welcome to an old part of Granada
    5 of 5

Pablo the owner ensured that he guided us in to the (separate) parking and gave us a guided tour of the 2nd floor apartment on arrival. The old traditional building has a several apartments set over two floors around a tradicional central inner court yard, each floor has a common rear balcony to access the apartment door. There is also lift. The building was very quiet during our stay. The apartment is ideal for a couple but also has a sofa bed. Comfortable double bed, bathroom with shower over the bath. The living room has a dining table, sofa bed, coffee table, tv and good WiFi. A small equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave etc. The apartment is well maintained and clean. We only used the fridge as we ate out. The apartment is about 10 minutes walk from the centre. At the end of the street you can find taxis and stops for the bus ( that goes up to the Alhambra) . If you’re energetic you can walk up (steps) or longer by the roads. At the back of Calle Molinos you’ll find a square with several bars. The first time we’ve used HomeAway but will certainly use again. A good find in Granada. If you’re planning to go to the Alhambra use the official website to prebook your tickets well in advance. They are released about 3 months in advance; the Nasrid Palaces are a must. If you’re driving to Granada, since our last visit they’ve introduced a traffic restriction on Recogidas an approach to Puerta Real at certain times of day, weekends and holidays, watch out for the signs. Don’t follow your satnav! Finally a big thank you to Pablo who was very helpful and ensured that we had a very pleasant and peaceful stay. We will be back when we next visit Granada.
