Very nice apartment, great decor and sparkling clean. Owner was always on hand but never obtrusive, and was very informative on restaurants , transport and the village. The view from balcony was stunning, especially at sunrise, watching the sun come up over the sea was spectacular. Only one thing was the stairs to and from the apartment, there’s a lot of them, but I managed with my arthritic knees, and you do get used to them after a while. The apartment is close to the village and also the bus stop. All in all I would thoroughly recommend the accommodation and owner , it’s ideal for two people.
This apartment is all about the view which is amazing, not only of the Pueblo but right down to the Playa and the sea beyond. The apartment was exactly as described, if you are unlucky and have rain the terraces can still be used, it was dark and quiet at night ensuring a good nights sleep. The centre of the town is only a few minutes away but it is steep walk as would be expected in a town built on a hill. The panoramic views of the whole area make the climb worth it and the town is really pretty and interesting.
Views usually have access issues and this is no exception with 94 steps from the car park or 2 steep slopes. In spite of what the property managers may say a reasonably confident driver with a smallish car (we had a Ford Fiesta) can access the apartment by road to unload. If the 3 car park spaces opposite the apartment are occupied then a 4 point turn can be executed a little further up the road. Communication from the owners was prompt and comprehensive. Would thoroughly recommend for any reasonably fit people and if we return to Mojacar we loved the apartment and would not hesitate to stay again.
