Lovely and remote in a rural environment. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the views are spectacular. We enjoyed day trips to Valencia and Altea and smaller towns. Some days we never left (other than for a loaf of bread) Ricardo is an interested and interesting host, with lots of useful knowledge. Celestena the real owner of the property (a very friendly dog) gave us a lot of attention and we enjoyed walking her among the olive terraces.

  • Lovely Villa in the Hills looking over the Med.

While the Villa is off the beaten track. On arrival it does not disappoint. Very well maintained and with everything you could wish for. It was always a joy to return each day from our touring about for dip in the pool and a glass of wine on the roof terrace. The local area outside the Urbanización is a bit rough and ready with Orange groves wasn’t ground. It’s also a shame the credit crush came in 2008 as the Urbanización remains unfinished. Olivia itself was a little disappointing apart for the beach. However trips to Templar Castle, Altea, Valencia & drives into the hills and some wine tasting more than made up for this. All in all a lovely Villa well presented and with Vere looking after us and meeting us on our arrival in the area to take us to the Villa, which was a lovely touch. Phil Wilson..
