Summer Holiday 2017

4 of 5
Great Villa, the internal layout was very spacious. Its situated a 7 minute drive to Pollenca which isn't walkable at night due to the lack of street lighting and main roundabout which would be tricky crossing with children. We would suggest a couple of minor improvements that would of made our holiday run more smoothly. It would of been good to have a welcome book or at least a single side of notes outlining the basic info ie, where to put food waste, how to operate the key safe, local supermarket etc. We had the electricity short circuiting twice, which shut down all the kitchen appliances including the fridge and freezer. If we had known how to get into the garage (we needed a key code) and that the fuse box was located there, then we could of sorted out the problem more swiftly. Instead we had to call the Uk to get a local gardener to come round to access the garage. We also needed to change the sheets on one of the twin beds and couldn't find any spare. It would be nice to have a spare set available. Lastly the bedrooms are all on the ground floor and the twin room does not have air conditioning only master room. I was told that the window could be securely left open on a tilt at night. This however was not the case as the window could be pushed open from the outside. Think either air conditioning is needed in the 2nd room or a secure top window installed. This is a children's room and you want peace of mind at night so this window had to remain closed. Otherwise a nice manual freestanding fan would of helped the situation. All in all this was a lovely villa with a great private pool area and we enjoyed our stay in Pollenca!

We have just returned from a wonderful weeks stay at villa longa. We stayed as a family of seven adults and two little ones - all were Very happy with the fantastic facilities, the stunning pool and beautiful and very well kept gardens. Gemma - the owner was very helpful and quick to reply to my queries. The location too is great, just a very short drive to two excellent supermarkets. Definitely one of the best, of many villas we have stayed in over the years. Highly recommended. Vivienne
