Lovely apartment with a great view and morning sunshine

5 of 5
Lovely apartment with a balcony overlooking the gardens, pool area and the beach. It gets morning sunshine which is perfect for taking your time over another cup of coffee. The apartment is equipped with most things you could need, even a hair dryer and iron if you feel the urge! The kitchen could do with a few extra bowls, plates and wine glasses, the number of these has probably dwindled since it was first stocked, but it's perfectly possible to manage with what's there. There are towels, blankets and extra pillows in the wardrobes. The master bedroom is to the front and a delightful room. The twin room faces the corridor and is quiet and cool. Overall even in August the apartment remained cool and we didn't see one insect in two weeks apart from moths on the balcony at night (just close the curtains so they don't fly inside). This was great for getting a good night's sleep. The gardens are beautifully maintained and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The majority of people in the two apartment buildings are Spanish families. The pool is open from 11.30am - 8.30pm in August, perhaps this changes at different times of the year, and once you've figured out what time the Spanish families head off for lunch and siesta it's not difficult to get a lounger. The stunning beach is only moments away. The apartment is about half way down the Paseo, 2.5 km to Isla Canela port and 2.5km the other direction to where there are many restaurants, small shops and a craft market. The paseo is fantastic for walking, running and cycling, it's less good for roller blading as it's a bit bumpy! We would definitely recommend this apartment as you're guaranteed to have a relaxing, peaceful stay in a beautiful setting.

Luxury 2 bedroom beachfront apartment

5 of 5
The house was impeccably clean, and the only problem we reported, was promptly resolved by the person responsible. Exceeded our expectations in terms of equipment and location. The house is well equipped for 6 people. Very close to the beach with a great promenade to practice walking. I recommend for those looking for tranquility during the day, and for those who wish to enjoy the evening (is about 10 km from the center of Ayamonte)
