A fabulous Mother and Daughter relaxing stay in a beautiful apartment

We want to thank Sylvia for the most enjoyable, peaceful and relaxing stay. The apartment has absolutely everything one could need on holiday including sun loungers for the pool and shopping trolley for the beach or shops (great if you don’t have a car and need to get your water from Lidl). Overall the apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and we felt very safe as we were two women on our own. Sylvia recommended Beniconnect bus service from Alicante airport to Denia which took about an hour - we then got a taxi to the apartment. A nice easy journey as we didn’t want to hire a car. We did the same to return to the airport. The pool is cleaned every other day and most days we had it to ourselves which was fabulous. Our terrace overlooked the pool and mountains and we felt it was the best positioned apartment on the whole urbanisation. The location is a little out of the way if you don’t have a car but perfect for us as we only wanted to chill by the pool or go to the beach. Lidl is approximately a 10 minute walk as are a handful of reasonably priced restaurants, unfortunately the outlook isn’t great as they are on the road. There are more restaurants along the beach but these are a good half hour walk away. The closest beach is a 10 minute easy stroll and is beautiful with clear, clean sea but there are no beach bars or shops there. We had trouble finding out the bus route into Denia so ended up getting a taxi there one day- this cost €18 each way. We discovered a great market on Sunday morning along Avenue Valencia which is the main road close to Lidl. Well worth a visit. Sylvia was a great host and was at the end of the phone for any problems (not that we had any). She was kind, helpful and couldn’t do enough. Thank you so much!
