A day trip to Seville is a must to see this lovely city on the banks of the River Guadalquivir. Great position

Although the apartment is not large it is absolutely adequate for 2 people. The lounge has a 2 seater settee and a separate rocking chair. The bed was comfortable with high quality sheets and the adjoining bathroom had a good shower and was very clean. There were plenty of lovely touches such as shampoo and shower gel, and everything you might need such as ironing board and iron etc. The kitchen was petite but did have every appliance we needed and we never planned to cook a Sunday roast anyway. Another nice touch was the cupboard of left over jars of coffee etc. There is only one a/c unit and it is in the lounge but if you leave the bedroom door open it keeps the bedroom temp OK. We had to turn the dial up even though we were told it was already set as high as it would go. There is a lift to the 5th floor and the communal areas are very clean. The situation is perfect. The Metropole Parasol (mushroom) was right outside and there were some great restaurants around it, but the Cathedral was only a 10 minute walk though meandering streets, the river was again only 10 minutes away so this is a great place to be based to explore this wonderful city. I was a little disappointed to be charged €20 for a late check in when I arrived at 21:55 (5 minutes before the 22:00 time set for late check in) but because the check in took till 22:20 to complete I paid up.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location

We had a lovely 4 night stay in Seville and found Alberto's apartment to be the perfect base to explore the city. The property is located on a small plaza that has the perfect atmosphere, there are three excellent bars/restaurants with seating on the plaza. A convenience store is located across the street. We sometimes had the apartment windows open and allowed the pleasant ambiance of the plaza to spill into the lounge area, the excellent windows when closed block out the sound and we slept very well at night. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay, my wife commented that the hairdryer was excellent. The fixtures and fittings are modern, the bathroom and kitchen are modern and very clean. Alberto gave us a warm welcome and kindly booked us a taxi for our return trip, we would like to thank him for presenting an excellent apartment that was a base for such a lovely stay in Seville. Thank you Alberto.
