Spacious grounds with large pool and Volleyball court, and plenty of terrace space. Excellent venue for mixed age groups - the volleyball court was a real asset. It even had a 'petange' area adjacent, so plenty to keep a large group occupied. Four good size bedrooms laid out as three doubles and one twin were just right for our needs. We had three couples and two singles, so ideal. Walking distance to two great beaches, beautiful coves served with restaurants (cala Santanyi) and and good quality beach bar at Lombards. Clean sandy beaches which are good for snorkling. All in all we had an excellent stay here, and would recommend this for larger than usual groups.

Perfect location for the beach, swimming and snorkelling

Cala Santanyi is a lovely small family-friendly location for a totally relaxing beach holiday. The house has everything that you could want and is beautifully situated with a green outlook through which you can see the inlet and the beach - the steps down are directly next to the house. It is very private and quiet - wonderful to hear the gentle lapping of the water below. It is very hard to drag yourself away to go adventuring and visit other places on the island, as you feel that you can hardly better where you are! In practical terms, there is a mini-market and a few places to eat nearby and the charming town of Santanyi is very near, having more restaurants to choose from, mostly in the main square and around the church. There is a popular market there every Wednesday & Saturday with a very lively atmosphere which draws a lot of people from the surrounding area. The house is easy to reach from the airport about 50 kms away on good roads. For active holidays it makes for a great base and for relaxing holidays cannot be beaten. The friendly hosts Araceli and Salvador will greet you on arrival and departure and can always be contacted if needed. You will have a lovely holiday at this property and will probably want to go back again and again, just like us. Wonderful!
