This is the second time we have stayed at this villa and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. The property is in excellent condition, fully air conditioned and very comfortable with good facilities. The real highlight is its location, being on a hills side and not overlooked by anyone the view from both the naya and the pool area over Moraira are spectacular. Also it takes only 7 or 8 minutes by car to get into town to the shops and bars and there is a small supermarket less than 5 minutes drive. Paula who manages the villa is very friendly and so easy to get on with it feels as though we have known her for years. This combination provides one of the best holiday experiences ever and we hope to return soon.

The villa was even better than the photos show,we were all so impressed. Fully equipped, clean, comfortable, quiet and just beautiful. No negatives at all. We were a family of five adults. We didn't hire a car as we found the walk to the excellent supermarket at Benissa was a comfortable 20 minutes and it was easy to get a taxi back for 6 euros. The walk in to Moraira was also downhill and again taxis back. The pool was amazing and the array of pool floats were very welcomed. The whole outdoor area was just lovely and we had huge fun with the table tennis and enjoyed the use of the bbq. We enjoyed the upstairs terrace in the evening playing games and reading and the summer kitchen was a real bonus during the day for outside eating. Our recommendations are Bar 21 just 10 mins walk. Also we hired a boat for half a day with English captain called Nick who gave us a wonderful time snorkelling and fun on the doughnut. I've left flyers in the welcome info for future visitors. To summarise, a wonderful family holiday in a luxury villa in a lovely area, safe and friendly, thank you so much.
