A fantastic property in stunning location

                                  5 of 5
I cannot praise this property and its owners highly enough. We have just returned after a 7 night stay, in this absoulutely stunning property, in a commanding location atop a mountain overlooking Las Fuenetes/Alcossebre. The property is everything we wanted, and very well equiped. The pool and the veranda, are fantastic for relaxation and immaculate, and with the Spanish sun beating down on you, it really allows you to relax and enoy yourselves. Located atop a hill, you will need a car, but the remoteness of the location simply adds to the experience, with town a 5 minute drive down the hill. Plenty to do in the area, if you so wish, but the property is the star of this show. Thank you to Ross and Linda for allowing us to use their lovely property.

Well equipped - perfect for families

                                  5 of 5
We stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of June into July and had a great holiday. The house is set in a residencial complex and the patio overlooks one of 3 pools. The house itself is so well equipped, there wasn't anything we needed that wasn't there - even a hair dryer and straighteners in the bathroom - although I bought my own. There are beach chairs, parasols, floats, buckets, spades, cool box, wifi & games, dvd player and a cupboard full of book. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to stay in and cook but to be honest it was quite cheap to eat out so we only had snacks indoors. Everything you could need for a family holiday is here. Jason sent us a comprehensive email outlining the house and things to do in the area before we left for Spain and was very helpful. We had a small problem with the wifi when we arrived but it was sorted with a quick text to Jason. I would definitely recommend this property to couples or a family with small children. I think 2 teenagers in the small bedroom might be a bit tight. The house is a 5 minutes walk from a lovely sandy beach to the south or a 7 minute walk to another sandy beach to the north. There are a couple of bars and restaurants within the same walking distance but the main town is probably 15 minutes away which is not too bad on a lovely warm evening. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and will definitely be back to this coastline next year.

                                  Lovely relaxing holiday

                                  5 of 5
We arrived at Casa Sara after about an hour and 20 minutes drive from Valencia Airport. Julie's directions were spot on even with photos of places we would pass along the way. This was our first visit to Costa Del Azahar and we loved Alcossebre. Casa Sara is a home from home holiday villa, very clean light and airy. The kitchen is well equipped and has essentials in the cupboards. There was also a welcome pack in the fridge of Milk, Orange juice and bottled water. There is a shower room downstairs and a bathroom upstairs with another shower over the bath. A lovely roof terrace with great views of the mountains with two sun loungers and a small table and chairs. There is also a terrace downstairs with a larger table and chair and a sun canopy. The pool and gardens are immaculate, we had the pool to ourselves most days. The beaches in Alcossebre are all blue flag and kept clean. There is a wooden walkway which goes along the coastline into the town. Plenty of restaurants, some of the nicer ones more towards the Marina at Las Fuentes. El Patio was a favourite, the food was really good, also El Pinar which is a short drive up the mountains. The views from there are just wonderful and the food was excellent and staff friendly. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes walk from Casa Sara that stocks everything you need. Overall we had a fantastic time and would recommend this to couples or families for a relaxing holiday.
