It was magnificent and delightful !!! Amazing little Venice, Great view of the sea surface

5 of 5
We rested in June 2017 and received a lot of positive impressions. The owner of the apartments, Carles is very good-natured and hospitable person. He met and escorted us on his car to the airport, showed the beauty of Valencia. The apartments are located in a unique location, with their mix of magnificent sea views, very clean, all appliances work perfectly. Valencia is 10 minutes away by bus. The apartments are located in a quiet, very beautiful place. The architecture of the buildings resembles a small Venice. The apartment has everything you need for relaxation. Nearby are small shops and a large hypermarket, where you can buy everything you need, food, clothes, goods for recreation. Many small restaurants, in which deliciously prepared. In the complex there are swimming pools, where you can also enjoy and enjoy. I recommend for recreation with children.

Charming, spotless, fabulous location, owner warm and welcoming

5 of 5
Location was perfect a bus runs outside the Port Saplaya complex to Valencia city center every 20 mins and costs around a euro. The apartment was lovely, simply furnished but comfortable and spotlessly clean. Clara was fabulous, so helpful and kind and was there to greet us on arrival. We arrived early and she allowed us to have the keys while the cleaner finished up. She gave such helpful advice as we were house hunting and could not have done more. The apartment looks out onto the marina and is just charming. Spanish people do not go to bed early so expect some activity until well after midnight but not rowdy just people hanging out and chatting. Bars and restaurants all in short walking distance and very reasonable prices. People are so friendly and courteous and although it's an area very popular with Spanish people and English not widely spoken you can easily get by with a phone app translator if you get stuck. It's all fun anyway and nobody minds. Car parking right outside the door and lovely family friendly beach 2 mins walk. Transport links to airport was great 20 minutes away.We rented a car and visited Nequera and other villages in the mountains which are just 15 miles away, it's all very beautiful we thought, we love Valencia so much! Thanks again Clara for a wonderful stay.
