                      Lovely flat in great location

                      5 of 5
This was our first visit to Cape Town and we didn't know quite what to expect. The flat had plenty of room for my (adult) daughter, my wife, and me, and was very well laid-out and furnished. The views of Table Mountain are really quite special. Everything worked, the owners communicated well and sent out lots of helpful information in advance. The flat is just a couple of blocks from some nice restaurants and a useful convenience store, and just another 5 (?) blocks away from a very nice grocery store and a pharmacy/chemist. The neighbors who handle the changeovers were absolutely wonderful and more than willing to help in any way possible. All in all, it couldn't have been nicer. We would definitely recommend it.

A nice, well-equipped and very well situated apartment

                      4 of 5
We (two people) stayed for 11 days and enjoyed it greatly all the time. The view of the Table Mountain from the balcony and the dining area is in reality even more stunning than the pictures at the HomeAway site show. The apartment is comfortable, tasteful and well equipped (there is no washing-machine but why wash your own things when you can buy it to a low cost from a lot of good laundries in the city). The Tamboerskloof area is quiet, still centrally located; walking distance to, for example, Company's Garden is no more than 20 minutes. The nearest station of the brand new Cape Town bus system is on just a few minutes walking distance (and taxis are still very cheap in CT). Nice restaurants and a good shopping mall are within 10-15 minutes walk. We can assure everyone who is new to CT that it's perfectly safe to walk around in this area in daytime. The whole property is well-managed and quiet; a small bunch of lazy cats and two friendly ducks are a nice and welcoming contribution to the the well-kept garden. Service as well as information and personal contacts with the owners have been extremely good and helpful. We have been to CT several times before and we can warmly recommend this apartment to anyone who want to experience something of the best and most genuine of the city.

                      A dream come true!

I walked into this stunning home and felt like we had hit the jackpot! It suited our family needs perfectly, because of the location we could head home when the boys got tired and I could walk back out to town on my own and feel perfectly safe. My kids loved it and we would certainly stay here again.
