Tranquil location with beautiful pool

5 of 5
The property was spacious and comfortable for two adults and four lively children. We were able to truly relax as the poolside area has lots of room and sun loungers were provided. On arrival a welcome pack was provided with essential provisions and the luxury of some booze! The owner also provided excellent directions and pictures of main landmarks for the route. This is essential as it is an unmarked road so a satnav will keep going in circles, also even cab drivers do not have any knowledge or desire to find the villa! We had a worrying time waiting for a cab to the airport, however the owners father went out of his way to help us get a replacement cab.

Well appointed clean villa

4 of 5
Nice villa with all the necessary amenities. Better equipped and maintained than most villas we haved used over the years. Outside area/pool really good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with only a few niggles. There are a lot of dogs in the adjacent properties and when one kicks off, they all do. At times it was like feeding time at Battersea dogs home. The bins outside the villa got a bit smelly at times and the road noise was occasionally intrusive. I realise these are issue outwith the control of the owners/rental company. If there was one thing I would suggest to change it would be to put more info in the villa covering stuff like how to get the tv working on anything other than sky news, recommended local restaurants and places of interest, local markets and the like. Would we go back again? I think so!
